The Parīlio hotel is a real 5 star hotel: impeccable service, elegant modern and chic infrastructure, calm and serenity and high quality food. Thanks to all the members of the staff who I did not see and last but not least, thank you to the elegant and handsome manager Dimitris for making our stay so special. Thank you to Yannis, so professional and always paying special attention to all our needs thank you to Apostolis for his kindness and his discretion thank you to Magdalena for her great restaurant adresses thank you to Evi for her everyday smile thank you to Elena for her professionalism thank you to "the Ghana's team" of housekeeping for their laughs and their impeccable work thank you to the 2 "pool stars" Sofia and Cleopatra for their kindness, professionalism. All of this being perfect for a hotel, which is very hard to find nowadays, what really makes the difference is the entire staff. The breakfast is excellent: pastries, fruits, bread are all homemade, various choices for everybody. We arrived in the hotel and just a few days after, it was like we were staying at a friend's house: everything was done in order for us to feel unique! The rooms are spacious, elegant and modern, the pool is gorgeous, the breakfast and dinner area is decorated in a modern greek style. I have to say that our stay has been one of the most memorable since a long time. I stayed 10 days in September at the Parīlio hotel with my husband and my 2 daughters. Do not change what you are doing! Thank you, Georgios and Daniel (London). We have to thank a number of staff, including Vagia, Madalena, Sofia, Christos, Elena, Cleopatra, Apostolis, Evi, Giannis, Leonidas, the cleaning staff and the night receptionist - sorry we can't remember all their names. Dimitris and his team have created a special gem in Parilio and we cannot recommend this hotel enough. We were treated with a sincerity and a warmth, which is hard to find. We honestly felt sad to leave because our stay was so perfect. We've travelled extensively, especially around Greece and her islands, and we've stayed in some lovely hotels however, there is something unique about Parilio Hotel that really impressed upon us. The hotel spa was wonderful too: we had massages every other day - Vistar and the team were amazing. The food, especially the breakfast, was exceptional, as was the quality of the restaurant cuisine. The accommodation was simplistic, yet elegant, and the pool area was a tranquil oasis. The overall service was to such a high standard and the staff were truly exceptional. We were not disappointed by our stay and, to be honest, we could not fault hotel and it's staff. The hotel had just opened earlier this summer and it looked perfect for what we wanted - a relaxing holiday. We stayed in Parilio Hotel for two weeks this September. If we would have ended our trip here instead of in Athens, I'm not sure we would have ever come back home. The property is gorgeous and the rooms are stunning. The concierge recommended restaurants in Naoussa, and we had wonderful meals at each we visited based off her recommendation. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly gracious and accommodating. Breakfast on the terrace each morning was incredible and only 10 euros for two. The hotel offers free shuttles every couple hours two and from Naoussa, and arranged transportation for us to Kolympithres beach (which was so close we just walked back to the hotel after our beach day instead of calling for a car). Paros was our relaxing leg of our trip, and Parilio did not just meet, but far exceeded all my expectations. The bed was luxurious, the shower was heavenly. It was honestly the nicest hotel room I've probably ever stayed in. We booked last minute the day before arrival and were greeted with an upgraded suite.
